Tucson Blonde
A good starter beer for those that have only drank the mass produced suds. The blonde is a
light, crisp beer with a slight malt flavor and just enough Czechoslovakian Saaz
hops to balance the malt sweetness.Original gravity 10.42, terminal gravity 10.08, 4.53% abv
Ben's India Pale Ale
Brewed
just like the original from Burton upon Trent. This style calls for a high hop
rate combined with an elevated alcohol content because it was brewed to survive
the journey from England to Bombay as rations for British troops. Huge amounts
of two row pale malt with an addition of a few specialty malts provides a nice
mouth feel buried under copious additions of Columbus hops. This beer is big but
finishes clean. Original gravity 10.68, terminal gravity 10.11, 7.6% abv
Taylor Jayne's Raspberry Ale
Named after
the brewer's first daughter in 1992, this is a light beer with a fruit twist. A
beautiful aroma greets you followed by a mildly sweet raspberry flavor which
leaves a very clean finish. This beer is designed for those who really don't
like real beer. It was originally only going to be brewed for her birth, but
people have demanded it ever since so it is always on tap.4.53% abv
McBlane’s Oatmeal Stout
Named after the
man that will take the Wildcats to their first Rose Bowl. (God, are you hearing
us?) It's a gigantic ale with two row, chocolate, Munich, special roast, black
barley, black malt, roasted barley and crystal malts topped off with more than
100 pounds of oatmeal for a creamy smooth dark beer experience. Hopped just
enough to balance the sweetness of the malt, we call this the breakfast beer of
champions.

Red Cat Amber
The first
beer ever brewed here is made with 2 row pale malt, both 40 lovebond and 80
lovebond crystal malts for a rounded smoothness and a touch of chocolate malt
for added complexity. Moderately hopped with Pacific Northwest Cascades.

Beer Down Nut Brown - (seasonal)
A huge
favorite among light and dark beer fans alike. Brewed with British Brown malt,
two row premium, crystal and chocolate malts, it is an incredibly smooth ale
with toffee and chocolate notes. This brown has a subtle hop character and a
slightly sweet finish. Original gravity 10.50, terminal gravity 10.10, 5.3% abv
Copperhead Pale Ale - (seasonal)
A medium
bodied pale ale brewed with two row premium and Munich malt which gives it a
medium mouth feel. Copper in color from a touch of specialty malts, it's hopped
with Kent Goldings for a nice hop flavor although not at all a bitter beer. Original gravity 10.56, terminal gravity 10.10, 6.1% abv
Nolan Porter - (seasonal)
A dark but
mild ale that light will just barely pass through, this medium to heavy bodied
beer has a light hop character so the malts can do the talking. Original gravity 10.58, terminal gravity 10.11, 5.6% abv
Hefeweizen - (seasonal)
Brewed
with 40 percent wheat and a special yeast gives this German classic subtle tones
of banana and clove. Brewed traditionally during the summer months, it is
unfiltered so it's full of vitamin B from the yeast and served with a lemon
wedge just like in Deutsche land.
